We opened the public site on a phone view and read the sign-up page text. We registered nothing and deposited nothing. What follows comes from that page text and the domain record, plus outside reviews we found in search results.

That does not prove a common owner, only a common front-end kit.

This appears in the page title, not in a statistics panel. No source or audit date is given. Treat it as advertising copy. A domain from 2015 makes a long history possible, but it cannot prove a user count of that size.
