The captured text matches, word for word, the sign-up page used by M999, 666H, 999V and 666C. Those four sit in the slot-template group on our platform page. Y999 is not tagged there, but the resemblance is exact, down to the order of the labels.

Our data shows that Y888 uses the same text too. Its domain was registered on 7 May 2002, three days after Y999. That gap hints at one buyer collecting short names. It is only a guess.
