The target is Pakistani players with Android phones, and the page says the app speaks English and Urdu. Search results also include YouTube videos with "real or fake" in the title. Readers are plainly asking the question already.

The page's box says "v3.0.0", "14.3 MB", "Android 4.0 and up" and "Updated Just Now". Its body text says the APK is "under 10 MB". Both cannot be right for one RS786 APK. Android 4.0 dates from 2011, so a payments app that installs on it would be unusual, and "Just Now" is true whenever anyone reads it. The PKR888 page shows the same "v3.0.0" label, though it is a different site. None of these figures went into the table.
